This course delves into the fundamental phenomena related to the physical properties of crystalline solids. It provides a basic theoretical foundation for understanding Condensed Matter Physics and its many practical applications.
Some of the fundamental concepts of Physics are covered in this course. The topics dealt with in the second semester are electric and magnetic fields, electric current, electromagnetic induction, and electromagnetic waves.
In this course, basic Physics (Mechanics and Electromagnetism) practical sessions will be conducted. This way, the theoretical content developed in the General Physics subject is complemented from an experimental perspective.
